Overview

CRM Velspra is a role-based sales and lead management platform built to handle the entire lifecycle of leads — from acquisition to conversion.

The system was designed for high-volume lead operations, enabling administrators to:

  • Upload and process large batches of leads
  • Assign them to scrapers for data refinement
  • Distribute processed leads to agents for customer engagement

Each stage of the process is tracked in real-time dashboards, ensuring that no lead is lost, delayed, or untracked.

Key features include:

  • Role-specific interfaces for Connectors, Agents, Admins, Managers, and Closers
  • A custom-built internal chat system to facilitate instant, secure communication between team members
  • A lead tracking and assignment workflow that improves operational speed and accountability

This solution eliminated the dependency on third-party communication tools, streamlined workflows, and improved lead-to-conversion efficiency.

Integrated a secure, real-time internal chat system directly within the CRM, allowing quick discussions without relying on external apps.
